How to Register
REGISTERING is as easy as filling out our online Registration Form in our Parent Portal <-- click to open page. Once you have submitted your Registration Fee, your child's registration will be complete. Please note: We do not hold a student's spot until the registration fee has been paid. We accept credit/debit card or PayPal accounts during the registration process online.
Please be sure to read through our "Dance Class Policies" under the ABOUT tab before coming to your first class! This shares more about our special monthly SHOW TIMES for parents, what to wear to class, the late fee policy for monthly tuition, and our pick-up policy, etc.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION INCLUDES:
1). General Contact Information - be sure to include FIRST & LAST names of all parents/legal guardians
2). Pick Up Authorization - this shows us the list of "safe adults" you trust to pick up your child after class. FIRST & LAST names, please.
List as few or as many as you'd like. If a person is not on the list, however, we do not release your student to them.
3). Emergency Contact - NAME & PHONE NUMBER of the adults listed on this section will be called upon if there is an emergency.
